ARCYLIC PUTTY
A white acrylic copolymer based putty. Used in interior and exterior plaster surfaces.
SPECIFICATION
Providing and applying 0.8-1.0mm thick 'Terre Palette' Acrylic Putty made of copolymer emulsions and fine natural marble powders of Earthen as per the required design and pattern (approved by the architect / engineer in charge). Above application to be carried out on the base of single coat / double coat smooth mala plaster.
Formulation
Raw Material
Various sized powders, copolymer emulsions, cellulose thickeners, additives, biocides.
Process
Copolymer emulsions, cellulose thickeners are added in the mixer with additives, following which various size marble powders are added. The contents are then allowed to mix for a calculated time period per batch size. Quality standards are checked for the batch and material is release through the valve for packaging.
APPLICATION METHODOLOGY
- Application Tool : PUTTY KNIFE
- Thinner : WATER
It may vary with surface condition & application method, film thickness applied
- Packing : 150 to 200Sq.ft./ 20 kg bag
- Mixing Ratio : 2-3 % maximum

Surface must be cleaned of chalk and debris.
The material is applied using a putty knife, water can be added in for easier application depending on the requirement.
Drying time is usually between 8-24 hours depending on weather conditions.
